Donna Kollar is a New York–born abstract mixed-media artist whose work is defined by vibrant color, rhythmic composition, and a fearless sense of play. Her paintings blend acrylics, layered textures, vintage songbook clippings, and unexpected materials to create expressive worlds that pulse with emotion and movement.

A native New Yorker and Southwest Florida snowbird, Kollar holds find art degrees from Fashion Institute of Technology and Queens College in New York City. She previously served as the Principal of the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, a high school founded by Tony Bennett.

She has also been known professionally as Donna Finn
